Highlight of the Namibia trip

So let me start that my group and I were extremely impressed with Herman and his colleague Charles. They were professional, very knowledgeable, with great sense of humour which made our sandwich harbour experience 10 times better. All my co-group members were likewise impressed by Herman and his team and he makes sure that you're not bored even for a second. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this trip and I'm not hesitant to give full five stars for excellent service he provided.

Amazing experience!

Fabulous tour of Walvis Bay and Sandwich Harbour with Herman! Saw many seals, jackals, flamingos, a desert gecko and learned about the history of the area. Herman is very knowledgeable of his region and is eager to share that knowledge. Driving in the dunes is so much fun! Thank you Herman!

Sandwich Harbour Tour!

As a nature and tour guide, I advised my group of 15 guests from Europe to take part in a tour with Africas Edge and they have loved the experience of Sandwich Harbour and the Dunes. We saw amazing landscapes, tried sandboarding, got local knowledge and facts and enjoyed a glass of wine on the dunes. Our drivers were also very competent and helped making it a special experience.

We highly recommend Herman‘s tour if you stay in the Swakopmund or Walvis Bay area. Getting up early is definitely worth it, because the tide is low and you can enjoy a drive between the dunes and the ocean. Time flies in this beautiful landscape, especially with lots of background information and witty comments by Herman. Thank you!
